Stainless Steel Filter Cartridges

They are good up to 500F instead of 250F,and they are unaffected by most caustic fluids, which can overcome the high temperature and compatibility limitations of fabric or synthetic fiber cartridges by replacing them with these stainless steel wire cloth elements.

Manufactured with wire mesh in 304 or 316 stainless steel ,fiber glass, they are cleanable and reusable, and can withstand differential pressures up to 60psi.(500psi units are also available). Particle retention ratings are as fine as 5 um to 1000 micron.

Element surfaces can be plain cylindrical, or pleated to increase surface area. Fabrication is by welding and crimping; no silver brazing or epoxy bonding is used. End caps include double open end, 222, 226, etc.
